Project focusing on winter light
Winter brings such a wondrous light - I love watching as each dappled leaf glistens amongst the suns subtle rays. However this sun isn't like our favoured summer sun; it tucks us in with a frozen grin and sniggers when one forgets to wear a coat. It hovers and hides from its main chore, of warming and enticing us outdoors - not wanting to reach the woodland floor.
A grumpy teenager to you and me, the sun sets when it wants in winter... no doubt about that.
No time for a chat, the sun has put up its middle finger and has no time to linger. And just like that we're in darkness again, until the sun comes up and decides it's got something to gain.
